Shafiqullah Daqiq
Mr. Shafiqullah “DAQIQ” is one of the key members of Youth for Society Organization (YSO) and currently serves as the Director of Program Development. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from Afghan Cosmos Management and Educational Consultancy, reflecting his strong commitment to effective project leadership and strategic management. Mr. Daqiq has a diverse academic background, including a Medical Diploma from Aryana University (2011) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Tanweer University (2018). His multidisciplinary education has enabled him to blend analytical, managerial, and developmental perspectives in his work. With over 15 years of experience in the non-governmental and governmental sectors, Mr. Daqiq brings extensive expertise in program design, implementation, monitoring, and management. He has successfully developed and executed innovative plans and concepts aimed at promoting economic and social development across various communities in Afghanistan. In addition, Mr. Daqiq has a proven record of research, analysis, donor engagement, and coordination in development and humanitarian fields. His inventive and forward-thinking approach allows him to continuously introduce innovative ideas that drive impactful change. He combines practical experience with conceptual insight, providing YSO with valuable recommendations for sustainable and effective practices at the management, policy, and project implementation levels. His leadership continues to play a vital role in advancing YSO’s mission toward building a peaceful, democratic, and just society in Afghanistan.
